She began her business because there was no one to pay her school fees after the death of her father. Her business is located in Out Skirt of town and her main customers are Women and Girl Child. Working 7 days a week and 15hrs a day, she earns about Le 500,000 every month from this business. She would like a loan in the amount of Le3, 000,000. M'balu requires a loan in order to purchase varieties of synthetic hair and hair product for resale.
