Meselemani is married with seven children, who are adults. She is a resident of Mombasa Kenya.
She has been operating a butcher shop for the past ten years. Her business consists of selling cow and goat meat. She has proven her sense of responsibility by making her payments in full and on time.
The objective of this loan is to have working capital and stock her business by purchasing a cow for meat sales so that she can take advantage of the Christmas season when sales increase.
She is grateful for the help the Kiva lenders have given to developing countries such as Kenya and to people with limited resources, so they will have a decent means of livelihood.
