Walter
Walter, 38 years old, is a man with a great desire to work and is dedicated to moving his family forward. He lives with María, who is a merchant and the mother of their two children who are 14 and 6 years old. He loves them very much. They live together in their own home, along with his mother. Walter sells spare parts and services vehicles, so he has a multi-service shop located in a building that he rents. Here, he attends to the requests of his customers, who count on him to repair their vehicles. He provides good service and the new parts that they need.

He began over 10 years ago with his own capital by buying and selling in small quantities. Then, he would increase his stock of merchandise from his earnings. Currently, he also counts on help from his partner in the shop. He considers his business to be pretty successful due to the income he makes and the demand for his products. His shop is located in a busy, commercial area.

Deciding to start a business was one of Walter's goals in life. This economic activity was a venture of his partner's, who he encouraged to increase income and not overlook necessities. They hoped to obtain a better quality of life for their children.

Due to the good results that they continue to have, Walter wants to buy the house where he rents his shop so that he can save on rental expenses. Walter, de 38 años de edad, es un hombre con muchas ganas de trabajar y decidido a salir adelante por su familia. Es conviviente con María quien comerciante y madre de sus 2 hijos de 14 y 06 años de edad a quienes quiere mucho. Juntos viven en su casa propia en compañía de su mamá. La actividad que tiene Walter es la venta de repuestos y servicio de taller para motos, para eso cuenta con una tienda multiservicio instalado en un local que tiene alquilado, donde atiende los pedidos de sus clientes que le confían la reparación de sus vehículos, brindándoles un buen servicio y los repuestos nuevos que necesiten.
Se inició hace más de 10 años con un capital propio, comprando y vendiendo en pequeñas cantidades luego aumentando su stock de mercaderías con las ganancias que obtenía y hasta el momento lo viene realizando con el apoyo de su pareja en el servicio del taller. Considera a su negocio bastante rentable por las ganancias que le deja y la demanda que tiene estos productos pues la zona donde está ubicada su tienda es bastante comercial y transitada.
Decidiéndose a empezar con su negocio pues ya lo tenía como proyecto en su vida. Esta actividad económica fue una iniciativa de su pareja quien la animo para aumentar sus ingresos y no pasar necesidades, buscando brindar una mejor calidad de visa a sus hijos.
Por tanto viendo el buen resultado que sigue teniendo, desea comprar la casa donde alquila su local, así ahorrarse gastos de alquiler, también abrir otra sucursal para ver crecer su negocio. Por tanto éste será el préstamo número 4 con la institución MFP. Espera de su colaboración, para continuar con sus objetivos. Además comenta estar a gusto con banco comunal por considerarlo un grupo unido y colaborador.
Con el monto solicitado de 1200 nuevos soles los invertirá en la compra de lubricantes para su tienda en cajas al por mayor, buscando precios más bajos, así obtendrá mayores ganancias.
