Archil is a farmer from the village of Mokhisi. He is 65 years old and lives with his family: his wife, Tinatin, and his grown son. Tinatin works as a teacher at the local school and gets a small monthly salary. Archil runs the family's agricultural business. They have a small dairy farm and Archil's wife sells the dairy products at the local market. Archil and his family also own an agricultural land, where they grow various fruits and vegetables. Selling harvested vegetables is another source of income for the family.
Archil has requested credit to purchase a plot of land. The family will be able to sow more vegetables and produce more harvest, with the consequence that the family's income will increase. Archil plans to reinvest his increased income in the family business in order to make it more profitable.
