Ophélie is a 44 year old man, married and the father of six children. He is a trader and sells dried foodstuffs retail (couscous, cassava, corn, nuts and beans), according to the season. He has been doing this in a local market for ten years. He knows the suppliers well, and also his customers who he has acquired over time due to his experience in this area.
However, he is constantly running out of stock as he is obliged to exhaust his supplies completely in order to be able to buy more, due to his lack of working capital.
He would like to buy sacks of corn, rice, nuts, couscous and of beans in order to have a good stock, so he can better meet the constant demand of his customers and avoid being out of stock. He will save his profits, both to grow his business and also to meet his family's expenses.
