El Señor Ceberino, tiene 34 años de edad conviviente más de 13 años con la señora Severina, ambos con una instrucción de nivel primario, tienen 6 hijos dependientes de los cuales estudian 4, la familia vive en una comunidad rural lejana a 11 km hacia el norte de Colomi. La actividad económica de Don Ceberino y su esposa es la agricultura. Vende papa, papaliza, oca, haba, de esta forma ellos mantienen económicamente a sus hijos en su estudio como también su seguridad alimentaria. Tenían un ahorro que invirtieron en compra de insumos agrícolas. Ellos necesitan un préstamo para comprar una cabeza de ganado vacuno para mejorar su vida y ayudar en el estudio de sus hijos para que tengan un mejor futuro.
