Mwanasha is 28 years old and lives with her husband and three children in a coastal province of Kenya.
Mwanasha has been providing tailoring services for the last two years, mainly tailoring traditional clothing on-demand. She is now requesting a Ksh 20,000 loan to purchase a large amount of fabric to tailor traditional clothes for the New Year, which is a high-demand season for traditional clothing.
She is a hardworking and highly experienced tailor.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
