Edwin used to work as a salaried day laborer but for the last 8 years had been growing basic grains and renting out pastureland. At the moment, he’s asking for a 7,000 Lempira loan to buy fertilizer and pay labor costs to plant two manzanas [Central American unit of land measurement] of corn. He hopes to earn good profits that will make it possible for him to enlarge his planted area for the next harvest.

El señor Edwin tiene 26 años de edad, es soltero, reside en compañía de su madre en una comunidad del Municipio de La Morazán, Departamento de Yoro.
Edwin Anteriormente se dedicaba al trabajar como jornalero asalariado, desde hace 8 años se dedica a la producción de granos básicos y renta de pastos.
En este momento ha solicitado un préstamo por la cantidad de 7,000 Lempiras los que piensa invertir en la compra de fertilizante y pago de mano de obra en la producción de 2 manzanas del cultivo de maíz.
El espera obtener buenas ganancias que le permitan ampliar el área de cultivo en la siguiente cosecha.
