Tursun was born in the village of Svetlaya Polyana (Issyk Kul Province, Kyrgyzstan). She is the mother of three children: two daughters and a son. She is divorced and lives with the youngest child, her son. Tursun was born into a ordinary farmer's family. Beginning in her childhood, she helped her mother around the farm and she loved to attend to all the household chores. After she finished school, she got a job as a shepherd on the local collective farm. Currently, she works in farming and animal husbandry. The family's primary source of income is animal husbandry. She has a very good and calm temperment. They began the business in 1996 with 2,000 som (KGS). Today, the business brings in about 8,000 KGS.

Tursun applied ot Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy additional cattle, which she plans to fatten and later sell. With the profit from this project, she plans to marry off her son and to improve their living conditions.

Она с детства помогала маме по хозяйству и любила заниматься домашними хлопотами. После окончания школы устроилась в местном колхозе в качестве чабана. В настоящее время занимается сельским хозяйством и животноводством. Основным источником для семьи является животноводство.Характер у заявителя очень хороший и спокойный. Начали они свой бизнес в 1996 году с 2,000 KGS.На сегодня данный бизнес приносит около 8,000 KGS. Турсун обратилась в компанию «Бай-Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS)на приобретение дополнительных голов скота, в целях откорма и посл едущей реализации. На доходы полученные от данного проекта она планирует женить сына и улучшить жилищные условия.
