Rin P. is a 26 year old housewife in Kampong Cham. She stays home to care for her young child. Her husband luckily has a good job as the head construction worker for a small firm. He earns 10 US$ per day and has opportunities to advance in the company. She knows his work is where the financial future of her family rests and would like to take out a loan to buy him valuable but expensive tools he will need to fully master his trade.
