Lam is 34 years old and is married. He lives with his wife and one child, in Ho Chi Minh City. His wife earns a living by making cloth.
Lam earns an income to support his family, by running a business of producing metal products and parts. Lam intends to use his loan to expand his business and increase his productive capacity, by buying a lathe.
Lam hopes that his business will run smoothly, and that the increase in income he expects will be realized. This would help him to improve his family's living conditions and to save money for his child's education.
