La Sra. Nora tiene 37 años, casada con 4 hijos que son de las edades de 6, 8, 10 y 16 años, la Sra. Nora realiza la elaboración de colchones de paja más conocidos como payasas la cual vende a intermediarios q los llevan hacia las poblaciones más alejadas y rurales del departamento de La Paz, su domicilio se encuentra ubicado en la zona de Kalajahuira, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, la Sra. Nora va a usar este préstamo para la compra de materia prima que en este caso sería la paja que por el temporal de diciembre es de color verde por lo cual tarda en secarse para poderse utilizar en la elaboración de colchones para su negocio, la Sra. Nora enfrenta retos en su negocio que son existen varias personas también que realizan la misma actividad por lo cual deben tener una elaboración más rápida de los mismos colchones por lo cual, la inclemencia del tiempo y las bajas temperaturas puede causarles distintas dificultades, va a utilizar los beneficios poder mejorar su realidad económica y también por la fecha de fin de año darle a su familia unos regalos y también pasar bien el fin de año. El deseo de la cliente es tener más producción para poder sacar a sus hijos adelante.
