Rulabiem is a 25-year-old married woman and a mother of two young children from Bien Unido, Bohol.
She is engaged in seaweed farming business for several years now together with her husband.
Rulabiem is asking for a loan to buy materials for seaweed farming like seaweed seedlings, rope, sticks and straw.
In the future, Rulabiem hopes to make her business a success and to save money for the future schooling of her children.
