Hoa has participated in SEDA's credit program since 2007, having last borrowed and repaid 9,632,000 VND. Now she is requesting a loan of 10,080,000 VND to buy feed for her chickens and pigs. Working hard to earn more money for her family, she hopes to enlarge her farm.
