El Sr. Franklin a sus treinta y cuatro años de edad es docente de educación primaria de un centro escolar de san Rafael del sur, en dicha actividad lleva un poco más de quince años, este y todos sus créditos han sido para mejoras en su casa ya que con los crédito otorgados por kiva es que ha logrado ir mejorando su vivienda.
Es importante mencionar que anteriormente su casa las paredes eran de laminas de zinc y con sus créditos ha logrado tener una casa más confortable con paredes de bloques y pisos de cerámica.
