Rocio
Rocío is 33 years old and is a friendly, very enthusiastic woman. She lives with Robinson, who is her partner and the father of her three children whose ages are 13, 9 and 6. At the moment she is living in her own house which she built on her mother-in-law's land.

Rocio's work is selling groceries in her home, so every day, very early, she opens her doors, cleans, and arranges each one of her products that she offers to her customers, whom she waits on with much enthusiasm and great warmth.

She offers various basic household necessities, such as rice, bread, eggs, cooking oil, tea, coffee, milk and various vegetables; or regional products such as bananas, potatoes, fruit and other items. She has been in this business for more than four years.

In addition to having her grocery store, she occasionally sells breakfasts and lunches at the sawmills near her home. She really likes what she does, as she has always loved to be in contact with people. Although now things are going very well, it was not always this way; in the beginning, as she didn't know a great deal, the business had a lot of difficulties. But with time, she was able to overcome them and is now a fine businessperson.

She has many plans for the future, but her main one is to expand her store, and this way sell a greater variety of products. One of her most important objectives is to obtain her own piece of land on which to build her house.

This is her sixth loan with MFP, and she is very happy about the financial assistance that they are providing her, as in this way she will feel confident of progressing in her business. Moreover, she promises to continue paying her installments on time and as planned. She is very happy to belong to her communal bank, as everyone is very responsible and supportive.

With the amount applied for of 3800 soles, she will buy basic household necessities to have in stock in her store, such as rice, sugar, cooking oil, vegetables, milk and other items.
