Melvina, 22, stopped her education in the eleventh grade. She lives in Congo Town. Melvina is single and has a son who is 11 years old and in school.
Melvina has been selling spray for men, spray for women, body wash, hand cream, face powder and lipsticks since 2008. She learned to sell from her mother.
She is proud of her business because she makes a profit, and with the profit she buys more goods and attends to the needs of her child. She sells twelve hours a day and transports her goods by taxi. A challenge she faces is that she has fewer commodities.
Melvina is requesting this loan to purchase more body spray, body cream, hand wash and face powder to increase her sales. Her plan is to further her education and build a house.
