Yanush is 37 years old and lives in Tegh village of Syuniq region with his wife, mother and four children. Yanush breeds cattle and keeps 90 lambs, 20 chickens and five cows. He sells milk and milk products as well as provides beef to local butchers. Yanush has 17 years of experience in this field thanks to his father, who taught him how to look after cattle. Selling milk and milk products to local markets helps Yanush earn a monthly income. But unfortunately, it is not enough to cover his big family’s everyday costs. So, Yanush has applied for this loan. With the loan proceeds, he would purchase 25 lambs. He will raise and fatten them for five to six months and resell them at a profit in the local livestock bazaar. This will significantly increase Yanush’s income and will enable him to ensure a better future for his four children.
