Arco Iris II Communal Bank is made up of nine members, all women. Elena, 53, is the president of the bank. She has two children, ages 17 and 19, who are university students.

Elena makes a living selling staples such as groceries, sweets, soda, and a variety of items in her neighborhood store. This loan is her second sequence with the institution.

Elena's going to use the loan to buy groceries to stock her business: rice, pasta, flour, and sugar wholesale. This way she'll have a variety of products for her customers. Her reason for requesting the loan is to continue improving in her business. Elena's going to use the profits to continue buying products and improving her income. Her desire for the business is to have a store and give her customers better service.

Elena's a very hardworking person. She's happy about this opportunity and about her colleagues in the group because in many cases they're people who get their families ahead by themselves.

El Banco de emprendimiento ARCO IRIS II está compuesto por nueve integrantes todas mujeres, la presidenta del banco es la Sra. Elena tiene 53 años, tiene dos hijos de las edades de 17 y 19 años, los dos se encuentran estudiando en la universidad, La Sra. Elena se dedica a la venta de variedad de artículos de primera necesidad como abarrotes, dulces, refrescos y variedad de artículos en su tienda de barrio, este préstamo es su segunda secuencia dentro de la institución, la Sra. Elena va a usar este préstamo para la compra variedad de abarrotes para surtir su negocio como arroz, fideo, harina y azúcar por mayor para surtir su puesto de venta y de esta manera brindar variedad de productos a sus clientes, su razón para solicitar este préstamo es seguir mejorando en su negocio, la Sra. Elena va a utilizar los beneficios para seguir comprando productos y así mejorando sus ingresos, su deseo para su negocio es tener un almacén y así brindar un mejor servicio a su clientela. La Sra. Elena es una persona muy trabajadora se siente feliz por la oportunidad brindada a ella ya sus compañeras del grupo ya que en muchos casos son personas que sacan adelante solas a sus familias.
