Evelyne is a thirty-eight-year-old married woman with six children of living in Kasese, Uganda. She has been running a retail business for six years. Her determination to change her life and that of her children motivated her to invest in the business and with the income earned she has been able to pay school fees for them. One of her children has now graduated. Inadequate capital to meet the high demand is her major challenge while her business plans are to own a wholesale shop and expand to new markets. Evelyne is requesting money to buy maize flour, cassava flour, beers, sugar and salt to sell.
