Carthine is 35, single and a mother of three children between the ages of 6 and 20. All of her children live at home and attend school. Carthine is hard working; she works twelve hours a day in order to attend to her children's needs. She lives in the West Point community. She is proud of her business because of the increase in her sales, and she feels independent. She started this business with a little amount that she saved with a saving club. Carthine transports her goods by taxi. She has requested this loan to purchase more door locks, nails, hinges, and hammers for the business. Her plan for the future is to become a big business woman.
