Olivia Nadeska
The client, Olivia, is a 31-year-old woman, is married and has two dependent children. She makes a living by selling perfume cosmetic products in the city of Cochabamba. While the income she earns is very little for the business that she does, it isn’t sufficient for her family's expenses, school for her children, clothing, food, etc. The house where the client lives is located in the western area of the city of Cochabamba; the client currently lives in the western zone, approximately 2 km from the city of Cochabamba. She and her family own the house they live in.

The purpose of the new loan from the institution is to invest in more merchandise (operating capital for the client’s business) and in some way or another meet the needs of her family in their daily expenses. We relate this little story about the client for this reason.
