Sarah is a 37 year old single mother of four children living in Masindi, Uganda. She operates a retail shop and has been in business for twelve years.
After separating from her husband she decided to set up her current business and with the income earned she has been able to pay school fees for her children and optimally meet her daily expenses. Inadequate capital to meet the demands of her customers is her major challenge while her dream is to own a wholesale shop. Sarah intends to use the loan facility to buy general merchandise such as cooking oil and rice to sell.
