Gofrey is a 27-year-old married man with three children living in Kyenjojo, Uganda. He carries out agriculture, specializing in crop growing like maize and beans for commercial use. He started from farming on a small scale where he accumulated capital to buy produce from other farmers. Through this business, he has been able to look after his wife and three children and construct a house. His personal dream is to educate his children up to the university level while his business desire is to own a food store that can sustainably supply the whole region.
Gofrey intends to use the loan to buy maize to sell.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda. In addition to loans, it provides social and business training programs to low-income entrepreneurs and their communities.
