Nelly Del
Nelly is 43 years old. She lives with her husband and two young children. She has a business where she sells snacks, bread, cold and hot drinks, fruit, and pupusas (a Salvadoran favorite consisting of a thick corn tortilla stuffed with cheese, beans, or meat), as well as other food products. Her business is very stable because she has a stall in a school, where students and teachers alike buy her products every day. Nelly is an entrepreneurial woman and would like to increase the income her business brings in. She has therefore requested a loan from INTEGRAL so she can buy corn, cheese, beans, cracklings, vegetables, and vinegar to make more pupusas, which are in high demand. She will also buy drinks and snacks. This will allow Nelly to offer more products and increase her sales.
