Hamza is 25 years old and is a very hardworking man. He is a native of Samburu and lives with his wife and their two children.
Hamza has a grocery store in his home. He started with a few items and began to increase with the help of his own savings and the loans he got through Yehu. He says that his work requires a lot of sacrifice because only he and his wife work out of the whole family. His dream is to set up a supermarket in his neighborhood.
He is asking for this loan in order to buy flour, noodles, breads, rice, cooking fat and other supplies that make up his greatest sales.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
