Lázaro tiene 20 años de edad, es casado y tiene un hijo. Desde muy temprana edad, se dedica a la agricultura y a la crianza de ganado junto a su padre. Luego trabajo durante varios años como jornalero cuidando animales de otras personas. Con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación, logro terminar el noveno grado en la escuela; pero debido a las condiciones económicas de su familia no pudo continuar estudiando. Después, se caso y empezó a trabajar en una mototaxi alguilada, brindando sus servios de transporte en la zona donde vive.
