January is a 30-year-old married man with five children living in Kasese, Uganda. He has been selling clothes for a year and he started the business in order to supplement his coffee and cotton farming. Like most good fathers, he desires to educate his children up to the University and build a commercial house to secure the future of his children and plan for his old age. His challenges are the seasonality of the business and the high cost of rent; however, his business plan is to diversify and sell children's clothing too since there are many children due to a high birth rate. January is requesting a loan to buy clothes to re-sell.
