Khuderbaatar is 27 years old, and lives with his wife and 3-year-old daughter in their recently bought 32-square-meter apartment in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. His colleagues describe him as a smart, honest, hard-working and reliable guy that can perform any task relating to the factory he works in at any time.

In 2004 he started his working career as a mechanic in an ice-cream making company. His wife works as a technologist at the same company. Now Khuderbaatar works as a manager. He realized that as he keeps working hard, his life has been changed and many surprising things have occurred. As a young married couple they have solved their housing problem by taking mortgage loan - before this they used to rent a house. Khuderbaatar is requesting a loan to buy furniture like double bed, wardrobe and electrical appliances to decorate their apartment with no appliances. By doing this Khuderbaatar’s family can improve their living condition.
