Cesar is 28 years old, married, and has three children. He lives with his wife and children in the city of Ventanas in De Los Rios province. The members of the San Antonio communal bank work in agriculture. They all live around the rural settlement of Aguas Frias. Almost all of them have grown up in that area, and the majority work in agriculture and livestock-raising.
