Huong was born in 1987. She has two children and her son is in the second grade. Her daughter is in kindergarten. Her husband and she sell shoes and flip-flops to earn a living. His income is about 6,000,000 dong [VND]. Huong also makes 6,000,000 dong (VND) a month. Her family’s total earnings are about 12,000,000 dong (VND) per month.
She has participated in SEDA's credit program since 2008. In the last cycle she borrowed 8,502,000 dong (VND) and repaid the loan on time. In this loan cycle, she would like to borrow 9,810,000 dong (VND) to buy more shoes and flip-flops to sell.
