Samet, a rural citizen from Bakan district of Pursat province, is 27 years old and a married mother of three children. Her main source of income is from a grocery selling business which she has been running for 8 years.
To supplements the income, her husband grows rice. She is able to earn up to 23,100 KHR per day. Samet has never been with VisionFund before. She is seeking a 3,000,000 KHR in order to buy mini-tractor to support her husband's business, growing rice. She hopes this purchase will help her to save time in plowing their farm, so that she can have more time to take care of her children.
