Karla se dedica a la venta de zapatos y sandalias para niños, hombres y mujeres, las cuales comercializa desde su casa de habitación, lo que le da grandes ventajas como estar junto a sus hijos. El negocio esta ubicado cerca de la alcaldía municipal de su pueblo por lo que es una calle muy concurrida, siendo un gran beneficio para ella. Con el fin de aprovechar la temporada de fin de año que es cuando las ventas incrementan, Karla solicita un préstamo a INTEGRAL, por medio del cual pueda comprar mayor cantidad de sandalias y de esta forma mejorar sus ventas y así mismo su negocio.
