El Banco Comunal Caminantes de Cristo se reúne cada quince días en las afueras de Portoviejo un el sector conocido como Las Piedras porque está muy cerca de unas canteras de roca.

En este lugar vive la señora Daysi, tiene 28 años de edad, está casada y de esta relación tienen un hijo de cinco años que está en primer año de educación básica. Su esposo es comerciante.

La señora Deysi es una mujer muy trabajadora pues ella trabaja de asistente contable en una pequeña empresa de la ciudad y también se dedica al comercio, vende ropa por catálogo y productos Avon (productos de belleza, cosméticos, perfumería y accesorios para damas). Su forma de venta es puerta a puerta y trabaja de tres a cuatro días pero por las noches, también vende en su lugar de trabajo a sus compañeros, ella deja sus productos a crédito y cobra cada quince días. Tiene cinco años que se dedica a esta actividad y le va muy bien.

Este crédito es para comprar ropa, perfumes, cremas, cosméticos entre otras cosas. Lleva tres años en el Banco Comunal y le gusta por la ayuda que le brindan los créditos.

Su sueño es tener un local.
