Richard is 35 years old and is married with three children between the ages of 7 and 16 years old. He sells various foods, such as beans, maize, sorghum, coffee, etc. This is his sixth year in this business. Richard has requested a Kiva loan via Vision Finance Company in order to purchase various foods, such as beans, maize, sorghum, coffee etc. for resale. With the profits from the loan, he will be able to save for his future, to pay medical insurance, and reinvest in his business.
