Aghavni is a teacher. She lives in Artashat village in the Ararat region with her 29-year-old son. In addition to her work at the local school, Aghavni also runs a little farm where she grows peach and apricot trees. Because her orchard is small, Aghavni sells out her harvest before winter. That’s why Aghavni has applied for this loan to purchase 3 tons of fruit, which she will freeze to sell during the winter. With the loan’s help, Aghavni and her son will be able to have a stable income and invest in the development of their farm next year.
