Ret is 30 years old. He is married and lives with his mother and his child in Battambang Province, Cambodia. He has been running a business making jars and ground gutters to sell for more than 10 years, earning approximately $16 daily. His wife is involved in breeding pigs to sell. She earns about $5 each day.
In order to improve his business, Ret has requested a loan of $1000 to purchase cement and sand to use in producing more jars and to buy sewage to sell. This money will help him generate more income for his family. In the future, Ret would like to expand his business and send his child to a good school. Also, he hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
