Mirella
Christmas and New Year's are coming, and Mirella is preparing herself for the season by stocking her business with the necessary items. So many people are buying from her store that she isn't able to respond to the high demand, and she needs to invest permanently in order to take advantage of this period.

Thanks to her four years of experience in this business, Mirella knows how the market moves with each season. Therefore, she came to the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo during one of the most commercial seasons, when her sales increase, in order to take advantage of this and earn more income. This is the reason why she is asking for a Kiva loan, which she will use to buy toys, children's clothing, Christmas decorations, cosmetics, and school supplies. She should start stocking up on school supplies now, since children will go back to school after the Christmas holidays.

She makes sales in cash in her business space, which she opens from 8am to 6pm daily, or later if it is necessary for her clients. Her main clients are her neighbors in her area and from nearby neighborhoods, who know and recommend Mirella's business and usually do their shopping there, because they know that she offers the best products at a good price.

Mirella's goal is to make her business independent from her living space in order to support the education of her granddaughter, whom she loves and wishes to help.
