Doña Zaida es originaria de Masaya, reside en esta cuidad desde hace 34 años, es casada, tiene 57 años de edad.

Su negocio consiste en la elaboración de calzado, con el apoyo de su esposo han logrado salir adelante porque entre los dos han puesto su mayor esfuerzo para que su negocio prospere y se sienten satisfecho con los resultados, específicamente ellos elaboran el diseño de botas militares habiendo adquirido habilidad en su fabricación.

Su núcleo familiar es de 5, tres hijos y su esposo (hijos mayores de edad).

Solicita un crédito para la compra de materia prima, ya que ella tiene pedidos importantes en esta época del año, que es cuando se mejoran las ventas.

la señora Zaida cuenta con una clientela a la que le distribuye en puntos de ventas como lo es el mercado Oriental y en el mercado.

Con el financiamiento pretende comprar materiales de zapatería, cuero, pega blanca y amarilla, galleta negra, royal, suela estándar, cinta verde, remaches, cordones.
