Ilia is 42 years old and comes from a small village of Kobuleti district. He has a large family: his wife, two children (5 and 6 years old), a sister and parents, who are provided with a retirement pension. His wife works as a teacher at the local school and gets a monthly income.
The family runs an agricultural business. In particular, they have a milk cow and a calf; the milk is used in dairy products. Besides, Ilia owns a plot of land where he grows nut trees, orange trees and tangerine trees. He sells the harvested products locally at a good price. He is very hard-working and has a rich experience in his business.
Ilia requested a loan for purchasing a cow. After purchasing an additional cow, he will be able to produce and sell more dairy products. Thus, he wants to expand his business in order to earn a good profit. With increased profits, he will be able to reinvest in his agricultural business, as well as spend more on the family’s daily needs and the living conditions of the family will be improved
