Inés, age 54, is married and has six children. He lives with his wife and four of their children in a village in the Morazan municipality in Yoro.

Inés has been producing corn and other crops for approximately 30 years. When he was little he worked with his father, and now he has his own crops. He sells the corn that he produces at the local market.

This is the second loan that he has requested, and it is for 15,000 lempiras. He will use the loan to prepare the land where he will plant corn. He will buy supplies, fertilizers, and compost. He will also pay for a machine to plow the land.

With this investment he will get better harvests and better income. Also, he will buy the supplies for cash instead of credit, which is very expensive. His goal, which he prays to God for, is to continue growing with his crops in order to get more production and improve his income.
