Charkaz is 44 years old. He lives with his wife & two children. He has a son & a daughter ages 17 and 12.
He has been running a taxi business for about 17 years. Now he drives a gas car as it uses less fuel so that is financially affordable for him. On the other hand, gas cars are highly susceptible to cold and break down easily.
Before the winter, Charkaz is requesting a 1600 AZN loan to build a garage for his car in order to prolong the good condition of his car as long as possible.
