Mercy tiene 57 años de edad es divorciada no tiene hijos. Ella comenzó su negocio de venta de víveres en general ya hace 15 años atrás decidió implementar su tienda de víveres en general al ver las necesidades su barrio porque no había ninguna tienda de víveres cerca de su casa. En la actualidad ella trabaja sola de lunes a domingo de 8 de la mañana hasta las 9 e la noche. Con el préstamo Mercy comprara arroz, aceite, azúcar, bebidas, carnes etc. Su meta a futuro es poder tener un mini market para así poder incrementar sus clientes.
