Mejdije is a twenty-four-year-old single woman. She lives in a village in the northern part of Kosovo with her entire family. Based on family tradition, Mejdije works in agriculture. She is working on her land, planting wheat.
She helps her family to secure the wheat and pay for production for next year and in this way they cut expenses. Mejdije is requesting a loan in order to buy wheat seed, guano, and pay for working her land. This loan will help them to improve and secure the wheat for one year.
This loan will help her to increase production of wheat. In the near future she hopes to get married and to have her own family.
She is very thankful to all Kiva lenders!
