Ana's story

Ana is a widow and the mother of 2 children who are already of age. She lives in her own house with her family and support 2 grandchildren and 1 daughter-in-law who live with her.

She is a trader and has a business raising hens for slaughter. With this loan she plans to buy chicks, ration and vaccines to increase the quantity of her breeding.

In future Ana intends to build a house to rent out in order to increase her monthly income. To this end, she commits to duly paying off the loan so she can access more from Hluvuku.

Her challenge is to ensure her business evolves in such a way that she is not dependent on funds from third parties.
