Matagalpa, the pearl of the north, is a beautiful city located in the north of Nicaragua that is important for its large coffee production. José Alberto is a native of Matagalpa. He is married and has three school-aged sons.
José Alberto is known as being a respectful person who is responsible with regard to his obligations and a very hard worker. He currently works for a company as a brick layer. His income from the company is used for basic grocery needs and some household expenses. He wants and needs to make improvements to his house, but his salary isn't enough to cover the costs. And that is the reason he is taking out the loan. He plans to use it to purchase sand and cement to plaster his entire house.

José Alberto se caracteriza por ser una persona de respeto, responsable con sus obligaciones y muy trabajador, actualmente trabaja para una empresa como albañil, con sus sueldo que devenga de este empresa lo destina para la compra de canasta básica y algunos gasto en el hogar, tiene el deseo y la necesidad de mejorar su vivienda pero el salario no es suficiente para cubrir este gasto es por tal razón que el crédito que se le desembolso lo tiene destinado para la compra de arena y cemento ya que va a repellar toda su casa.
