Margarit is from the Dvin village of the Ararat region of Armenia. She lives with her husband and two sons. Margarit is involved in agriculture. She grows peach, apple and pomegranate trees. The income that comes from the sale of fruits helps Margarit to cover her family’s basic costs and help her husband to support the family. She has requested this loan in order to buy pears and persimmons. Margarit plans to keep fruits in the freezer to sell to wholesalers and local market traders during the winter. This will allow her to have a stable income until the next agricultural year. Margarit hopes that the loan will bring the expected results and she will be able to ensure a better future for her children.
