Ngoan was born in 1963. She has two children who are door men. Her husband is a barber and a motorbike-washing worker. His income is about 3,000,000 dong (VND). Ngoan sews and fixes clothes to earn a living. She has done this job for 20 years. She makes 2,500,000 dong (VND) a month. Her family’s total earnings are about 12,000,000 dong (VND) per month.
Ngoan has participated in SEDA's credit program since 2007. In the last cycle, she borrowed 9,632,000 dong (VND) and repaid the loan on time.
In this loan cycle, she would like to borrow 10,528,000 dong (VND) to enlarge, repair and paint her tailoring store in order to upgrade it.
