Narcisa is a 56-year-old, married woman from San Miguel, Bohol. She is the mother of two adult children. She is engaged in farming and has been growing rice for thirty years. She earns five thousand pesos a month by doing the farming. She requested a loan of 5,000 Philippine pesos, to purchase fertilizers and pesticides to use, so the rice can grow healthy in order to have a good harvest. Narcisa would like invest in another business in the future, to support her family and at the same time to have a sustainable livelihood.
