Madame Jeanne d’Arc est mariée et âgée de 33 ans. Elle fait le commerce de papeterie et vidéothèque. Elle a un seul enfant qui a une année. Une autre personne est en sa charge et son enfant n’a pas encore atteint l’âge d’aller à l’école. Elle est née au Rwanda et son niveau d’éducation est licence.
Elle a commencé de travailler avec ACB Ltd depuis 2009 et le cycle actuel est le 2ème pour elle. Etant la commerçante de divers objets dans une papeterie et vidéothèque, Jeanne d’Arc veut acheter les instruments de sonorisation suivants : 1 amplificateur, 2 baffles, 1 microphone et 1 ordinateur portable pour renforcer son vidéothèque. Elle n’envisage aucune autre difficulté de remboursement si et seulement si le vol ou la maladie n’interviennent pas.
